Fractional / Interim Leadership
If you’re in-between HR Managers, or your current HR Manager is on leave - I can provide interim leadership for your HR team.
I can also offer fractional (part-time) leadership to add senior HR expertise to your leadership team and organisation on a short or long term basis. This service is particularly attractive to small organisations who don’t need an HR Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
Sometimes people issues crop up when least expected or needed. You don’t need to go straight to your usual employment lawyer!

I can facilitate your staff engagement surveys - from survey design to response collection, report and presentation preparation, and coaching and supporting leaders with taking action in response to results.

I’m a certified Emotional Culture Deck practitioner, and utilising this and other practical tools I can design and deliver values and team behaviour alignment workshops, people strategy sessions, and other team activities.
